My name is Chris Bushnell and I am a Technical Writer at Sitecore. I come from a background in education and IT having worked as a school teacher and as a Technical Writer for Microsoft.
Some of the Sitecore projects I have worked on recently include documentation for Lucene Search Indexing, the Executive Insight Dashboard and Engagement Analytics reports.

Chris, is there a way to subscribe to OMS reports so they delivered in my email every morning?
Hi Eric,
You can subscribe to any report in Sitecore Analytics if you click the subscribe link in the top right of the report.
To enable this functionality:
1. An e-mail address must be linked to the user.
If the user does not already have an associated e-mail address, you can add one by opening the User Manager, click edit user and enter an e-mail address in the E-mail field (if you have the appropriate rights).
2. Configure the Web config file with the e-mail address your want to use.
Change the
MailServervalue to the specific mail server you want to use and set your Sitecore login credentials inMailServerUserNameandMailServerPassword.You will then be able to send out mails from the OMS.
